How do you bill your servers?
Servers have a monthly price cap, your server’s bill will never exceed its monthly price cap = no hidden fees. If you choose to use the server for less than a month, you will still be billed for the whole month. VX250 has a minimum contract period of 6 months while VX4100 and VX16400 minimum contract is 3 months. Invoice is sent monthly or quarterly according to your preference and paid in advance.
Traffic
With 20 TB of included traffic, you’ll have lots of bandwidth for your projects, regardless of which Aitos webspace VPS you choose. But if you need, you may add more for an extra € 3.00 a month per TB.
Will we have full root access?
We provide full access with your own VPS. We do also offer Linux administrator to help with configurations tasks or the daily admin tasks at €65 per hour.
Is there any way to get a custom configuration?
Customized virtual servers (additional RAM, additional/larger drives etc.) are not currently available but we do have more powerful options on request.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
We want not only satisfied customers, we want Happy customers. The difference is that we like to give you something extra. For this reason we offer a 30 days money back guarantee. If you for any reason are unhappy with the service we offer you have to inform us within 30 days from that the service started and you will get back the service fee for that period of time.
